Dragging and Dropping with the Mouse

One of the most convenient features in Windows (and other
operating systems) is the ability
to drag icons and other objects to selected targets and
to drop them there.

Not everyone has the manual dexterity to immediately
master this process, but with a little practice anyone
can greatly improve their “mousing” technique.
